For the above-listed property, highest or any tender will be accepted or rejected as per the discretion of Council. Any prospective purchaser may view the building by making an appointment at the Town Office. Call the number listed below.
All tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked Property Tender, and identifying the property, addressed to the following:

Tenders must be received by 12:00 PM on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
This property is sold on an “as is” basis. There are no warranties offered or implied on the condition of the property.
