PROPERTY FOR SALE
The Town of Wynyard offers the following properties for sale by tender:
A) Tax Title Property
1) Lot 15, Block 18, Plan C2980 and Lot 17, Block 18, Plan 101814971, Ext. 25
Vacant Residential Property located at 304 – 2nd Street East
2) Lot 11, Block K, Plan 74H09882
Residential Mobile Home and Property located at 309 Teskey Crescent
For the above-listed properties, highest or any tender will be accepted or rejected as per the discretion of Council as authorized in The Tax Enforcement Act.
B) Land For Resale
1) Lot 7, Block E, Plan 101816029, Ext. 50
Residential Property with house and two-car garage located at 315 – 4th Street West. This was a hoarder house that contained feral cats. Will consider selling the garage separately under the right circumstances.
For the above listed property, highest tender is not necessarily accepted.
All tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked Property Tender, and identifying the property, addressed to the following:

Tenders must be received by 12:00 PM on Friday, September 25, 2026.
All properties are sold on an “as is” basis. There are no warranties offered or implied on the condition of the properties. Any prospective purchaser may view the property by making an appointment at the Town Office.
