Mayor Boylak called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

Kucey – that we instruct the Chief Administrative Officer to send letters to the owners of Lot 1 & 2, Block 9, Plan Q7104 and Lot 3, Block 9, Plan Q7104 regarding grease and other items going into the sewer system which is causing sewer backups in neighbouring buildings.

Kucey – that we implement a policy whereby someone providing water to a neighbor with a frozen water line be charged no more than the minimum charge on the next water billing invoice.
