Prystai – that we acknowledge the receipt of the 2019 List of Land in Arrears as Per Section 3(1) of The Tax Enforcement Act.
#689/19 Tax Enforcment – List of Land in Arrears:
Prystai – that, as allowed in Section 3 (3) of The Tax Enforcement Act, we remove from the List of Land in Arrears all properties in which the tax arrears do not exceed 50% of the previous year’s tax levy.

Prystai– that we authorize Director of Leisure Services Anderson to negotiate a set rate for ATM Fitness to rent the Ukrainian Hall for fitness classes for a limited time basis.

#697/19 Bylaw Enforcement Officer’s Report:
Kostyk– that we receive the Bylaw Enforcement Officer’s Report as submitted by email.
#698/19 Gas Tax Fund Agreement:
Kucey – that we authorize the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to sign the Ministry of Government Relations Municipal Gas Tax Fund Agreement amendment.
Prystai – that we approve the SaskPower proposal to provide a new power service to the Curling Rink at a cost of $527.27 plus applicable taxes.
#700/19 Lot 27-28, Block 2, Plan 99H09143:
Karakochuk – that we authorize a two-year full tax exemption for Lots 27-28, Block 2, Plan 99H09143 as per the Town of Wynyard’s Tax Incentive Policy.
Karakochuk – that we receive and file the correspondence as per the list attached hereto.
#702/19 Mayor’s Report:
Karakochuk– that we receive the Mayor’s Report as presented.
#703/19 Box Scraper & Tractor:
Karakochuk – that we refer the purchase of a box scraper and tractor to the 2020 budget.
#704/19 SARCAN “No Parking” Request:
Karakochuk – that we place a sign in front of the SARCAN walkway steps asking citizens to refrain from parking in that area.
#705/19 Water Management Bylaw:
Kucey – that we instruct the CAO to create a bylaw to amend the Water Management Bylaw by implementing a fee of $40 to resume the water service to those properties which had the service halted due to non-payment of utility invoices.
#706/19 Public Works Committee Report:
Kucey – that we receive the Public works Committee Report as presented by Councillor Karakochuk.
#707/19 Swinburnson’s Report:
Jordan – that we receive Councillor Swinburnson’s Report as presented.
#708/19 Prystai’s Report:
