#829/17 Tax Enforcement:
Jordan – that we remove Roll #505046850 and Roll #505107100 from the Tax Enforcement List as sufficient arrears have been paid.
#830/17 Karnalyte Resources Meeting:
Swinburnson – that we authorize Chief Administrative Officer Chorneyko and Councillors Karakochuk and Kostyk to attend the Karnalyte Resources dinner meeting in Saskatoon on November 23, 2017.

Karakochuk– that we receive Chief Administrative Officer Chorneyko’s report as presented.

Prystai– that we receive the Complaints/Comments Report as presented.

Karakochuk – that we receive Public Works Superintendent Melsted’s Report as presented.
#834/17 Chemical Dosing Pump:
Prystai – that we authorize purchasing a chemical dosing pump from Anderson Pump House at a cost of $1,900.
#835/17 Magnetic Flow Meter:
Prystai – that we approve purchasing a four inch magnetic flow meter at a cost of $4,785 and request Sofina Foods to cost-share the purchase.

#83717 Steelway Pre-engineered Building:
Jordan – that we approve the purchase of a Steelway pre-engineered building for the New Arena at a cost of $630,000 plus taxes.
#838/17 Electrical Service Installation:
Prystai – that we approve the SaskPower installation of electrical service to the New Arena site at a cost of $27,952.27, with a deposit of $8,305 payable now.
#839/17 Fireworks Spectacular:
Jordan– that we book Fireworks Spectacular for the 2018 Carnival Days and commit to a payment of $3,000.
#840/17 Town of Wynyard Holiday Party:
Jordan – that we approve placing an ad in The Wynyard Advance Gazette for a catering tender for the Town of Wynyard Holiday Party to be held on January 13, 2018.
#841/17 Hoytfox’s Report:
Jordan – that we receive Director of Leisure Service Hoytfox’s report as presented.
Prystai – that we receive and file the correspondence as per the list attached hereto.

Karakochuk – that we receive Mayor Boylak’s Report as presented.

#844/17 Wynyard Fire Department:
Karakochuk – that we contract the Wynyard Fire Department to perform fire extinguisher inspections, maintenance, and replacement for all the Town of Wynyard facilities.
#845/17 Public Works Committee and Karakochuk’s Reports:
Kucey – that we receive the Public Works Committee as presented by Councillor Karakochuk and Councillor Karakochuk’s Report as presented.
