Swinburnson – that we approve the $950 land titles and legal expenditure to transfer the Drop-In Centre title to the Town of Wynyard.
#186/17 Swimming Pool Lifeguard Courses & Recertification:
Jordan – that we approve up to $200 per lifeguard per season for furthering their certification development
#187/17 Instructor’s Certification Updates:
Jordan – that we authorize Director of Leisure Services Hoytfox to attend the certification course to update her National Lifeguard Instructor and First Aid Instructor certificates at a cost of $70 plus expenses.
#188/17 Wynyard Recreation Complex Community Fundraising Package:
Swinburnson – that we authorize a shared fundraising program for the New Recreation Centre.

Jordan – that we authorize budgeting $1,705 for Communities in Bloom.

Swinburnson – that we authorize the Mayor and one Councillor to attend the BHP Jansen Project Site Tour on March 30, 2017.

#198/17 Sign Corridor Fees:
Prystai – that, as recommended by the General government Committee, we increase the sign corridor fee to $300 per year with $75 payable to each landowner.
#199/17 Sign Corridor Policy:
Swinburnson – that we update our sign corridor policy to state that an inactive business will have their sign removed at the discretion of Town Council.
#200/17 Town of Wynyard Facility Rental Rates:
Prystai – that we approve the facility rental rate increase as per the documents attached hereto.

Kostyk – that we receive the General government Report as presented by Councillor Prystai.
