#489/17 Temporary Positions for Road Repairs:
Kucey – that we authorize advertising in the Wynyard Advance/Gazette for two temporary positions to assist Public Works in completing road repairs.

#492/17 Cornerstone Credit Union Arts & Culture Centre:
Karakochuk – that we authorize hiring JR Roofing to replace the roof at the Cornerstone Credit Union Arts & Culture Centre selecting Option 2, as recommended by the Director of Leisure Services, at a cost of approximately $75,000.
#493/17 Wynyard Youth Recreation & Sport Fair Play Policy:
Prystai – that we approve the Director of Leisure Services’ “Wynyard Youth Recreation and Sport Fair Play Policy” as attached hereto.
#494/17 Summer Kidz Program Clinics:
Jordan – that we authorize hosting four various sports clinics at a cost of $750 as per the budget.
#495/17 Swimming Pool Concession Freezer:
Jordan – that we authorize purchasing a 7 cubic foot freezer for the Swimming Pool Concession at a cost of $350 plus taxes.
#496/17 Junior Lifeguard Club Supplies:
Jordan – that we purchase pull floats, swimming fins, water polo equipment, water logs, instructor manuals and badges with the Community Initiatives Fund grant in the amount of $1,853.
#497/17 Wynyard Memorial Arena Farewell:
Swinburnson – that, we authorize hiring Saskatchewan based country singer Brock Andrews at a cost of $3,350 for a Farewell to the Wynyard Memorial Arena fundraiser to be held in October, 2017.
#498/17 Forever in Motion Supplies:
Jordan – that we authorize using the Community Initiative Funds grant in the amount of $1,528 for Forever in Motion supplies as follows:
o Various size free weight
o 20 pool noodles
o Portable fitness speaker
o Fitness music
o MP3 player or iPod
o Fitness headset and amplifier unit
o 60 round-trip Special Services Bus passes.

Prystai – that we authorize a $1,000 grant to the Wynyard Memorial Airport Board to assist in covering operating expenses.
#502/17 MICCAR Aerial Ltd.:
Kucey– that we approve MICCAR Aerial Ltd. low flight authorization plan pursuant to CAR 702.22 sub-section (1) (a) and CASS 722.22 sub-section (1) and (3), to conduct aerial application services near Wynyard subject to approval from Transport Canada.
Prystai – that we receive and file the correspondence as per the list attached hereto.

#505/17 Maximum Garbage Bag Weight:
Kucey – that we instruct Chief Administrative Officer Chorneyko to create a bylaw to amend the Refuse Bylaw by limiting the maximum garbage bag weight to 23 kg.
#506/17 School Bus Parking:
Kucey – that we instruct the Chief Administrative Officer to create a bylaw to amend the Traffic Bylaw to ban school buses from parking on residential streets.
#507/17 Public Works Committee Report:
Jordan – that we receive the Public Works Committee Report as presented by Councillor Kucey.
