Call to Order:

Mayor Boylak called the meeting to order at 7:03 PM.

Swinburnson – that we hire The Advance/Gazette to print a Two Year Recycling Pickup Schedule Calendar and that we mail it out to the residents of Wynyard.

Kucey – that we authorize Public Works Superintendent Melsted and another employee to attend the SWRC Fall Workshop in Humboldt at a cost of $150 each plus expenses.

Kucey – that we authorize the expenses to use sealant on our 2018 concrete work.

Swinburnson– that we authorize Fer-Marc Industries to haul our Zamboni to Wynyard at a cost of $218.75.

Kucey – that we issue an Order to Cease Construction to the owner of Lot 8, Block 220, Plan 76H13822.

#442/18 Melsted’s Report:

Kucey – that we receive Public Work’s Superintendent Melsted’s Report as presented.

Kucey – that we install shut-off valves on the service line leading to the residence at the site of Well #7 and Well #5.

Kucey – that we instruct the Chief Administrative Officer to contact the rural municipalities regarding rural recycling cost reimbursement.
