#68/14 Tax Enforcement:

Jordan – that we remove the tax lien from Roll #505110300 as the arrears have been paid.

#69/14 Appoint WMTS Bylaw:

Swinburnson – that we instruct the Chief Administrative Officer to create a bylaw to appoint Western Municipal Tax Solutions Inc. as the agent of the municipality for purposes of collecting certain taxes and debts owed to the municipality.

#70/14 Sign WMTS Agreement:

Boylak – that we authorize the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to sign the Western Municipal Tax Solutions Master Agreement For Delivery of Tax Enforcement Services, and all associated schedules, between the Town of Wynyard and Western Municipal Tax Solutions Inc.

#71/14 WMTS Engagement Letter:

Prystai – that we direct the Chief Administrative Officer to execute an engagement letter directed to Western Municipal Tax Solutions Inc. and authorize the addition to the tax roll pertaining to certain lands of certain amounts owing to the Town as per the document attached hereto.

#72/14 Write off 2013 Invoice:

Babey – that we write off invoice #5423 from 2013.

#73/14 Local Improvement:

Prystai – that we set May 16, 2014 as the deadline for owners to prepay the local improvement special assessment as authorized by Bylaw #14/12 and Bylaw #26/13.

#74/14 Replace Lights:

Swinburnson – that we authorize hiring Wynyard Electric to install new lights at the Town Office and Interpretive Centre at an approximate cost of $3,700 for the Town Office and $3,000 for the Interpretive Centre.

#75/14 Local Library Grant:

Prystai – that we authorize payment of the Local Library Grant in the amount of $850.

#76/14 Wynyard Golf Club Grant:

Jordan – that we authorize payment of the Wynyard Golf Club grant in the amount of $5,000.

#77/14 Magazine Subscription:

Swinburnson – that we subscribe to the Municipal World Magazine at a cost of $27.50.

#78/14 Tax Arrears:

Boylak – that we remove the 2014 penalties from Roll #505011300 and transfer the credit from Roll #505021250 to Roll #505011300.

Babey – that we receive Chief Administrative Officer Chorneyko’s report as presented.
