Swinburnson – that we authorize the floor replacement in the Ladies restroom and installation of washroom stalls at the Civic Centre Auditorium at a cost of approximately $1,300.

Jordan – that we authorize hiring Cynthia Wildeman as a part-time Wynyard Community Drop-In Centre caretaker at a rate of $20 per hour.

Swinburnson – that we authorize splitting the existing fourteen garden plots, located on Avenue A East, into twenty-eight garden plots.

#109/17 Primary Healthcare Team Community Soup Lunch:

Swinburnson – that we waive the Drop-In Centre fee for the Primary Healthcare Team to hold a free community soup lunch on March 22, 2017.

#110/17 Kinettes Winter Fun Day:

Swinburnson – that we authorize the temporarily closure of 3rd Street East between Avenue B and Avenue C on February 26, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. for the Kinettes Winter Fun Day Road Hockey event.

#111/17 Carnival Days Birdhouse Project for Kids:

Jordan – that we authorize purchasing materials to construct seventy-five birdhouses, at a cost of approximately $525, for the construction and sale in a craft making activity for the Community Carnival Days.

Kucey – that we award the tender for the 1979 GMC 1-ton truck to Karakochuk Brothers in the amount of $777.77.
