Mayor Czarnecki called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM.

Boylak – that we adopt the minutes of the previous meeting of February 6, 2014 as circulated.

Babey – that we purchase a “nipper” for the Curling Rink at a cost of $1,950.

Babey – that we purchase a used Ice King Scraper from Thompson Rink Equipment for the Curling Rink at a cost of $4,500.

#126/14 SARCAN Lease Agreement:

Babey – that we agree to SARCAN’s request to renew the lease agreement for another three year term and that we inform SARCAN of this decision.

#127/14 SARRC Rental Agreement:

Prystai – that we agree to the new SARRC Ecocentre rental agreement, a three year term at $750 per month, and authorize the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to sign the agreement.

#128/14 Rapid Growth Communities Infrastructure Financing Meeting:

Prystai – that we authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to attend the Rapid Growth Infrastructure Financing Meeting in Humboldt on February 27, 2014 at a cost of expenses.

#129/14 Rapid Growth Communities Housing Development:

Babey – that we authorize the Chief Administrative Officer or designate to attend the Rapid Growth Communities Housing Development meeting in Humboldt on March 4, 2014 at a cost of expenses.

#130/14 Asset Management Program:

Boylak – that we agree to participate in the Asset Management Plan Development program as per the Mid Sask Municipal Alliance letter and at a potential cost of $4,808.

#131/14 SaskTel High Speed Service:

Boylak – that we authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, at his discretion, to sign up to SaskTel’s high speed advanced internet service.

#132/14 Architectural Heritage Society of Saskatchewan Membership:

Babey – that we renew our membership with the Architectural Heritage Society of Saskatchewan at a cost of $20.
