Karakochuk – that we authorize Public Works Superintendent Melsted to attend the SWANA Waste Reform Conference May 17 to 19, 2017 in Saskatoon at a cost of $650 plus expenses.

Kostyk – that we purchase a custom tailgate from SCL Welding for the Recycle truck at a cost of $550 plus taxes.

#227/17 Saskatchewan Water & Wastewater Association Workshop & Golf Tournament:

Swinburnson – that we authorize Water Works Superintendent Morrow and Councillor Karakochuk to attend the SWWA Workshop and Golf Tournament on June 2, and 3, 2017 at a cost of $100/person plus expenses.

Jordan – that we authorize hiring Green Tea Design to redesign and update our Town of Wynyard website at a cost of $2,500.

Swinburnson – that we place an ad in the Wynyard Advance/Gazette for two weeks to advertise for voting on the new Town of Wynyard logo.

#291/17 Town Meeting:

Jordan – that we authorize placing an ad in the Wynyard Advance/Gazette and issue informational mail-outs to promote the Town Meeting, scheduled for April 20, 2017, regarding New Arena updates.

#292/17 “Coulee Clean-Up”:

Swinburnson – that we authorize advertising in the Wynyard Advance/Gazette the “Coulee Clean-Up” project being done in conjunction with the Wynyard Composite High School, the Wynyard Elementary School and coinciding with “Earth Week”.

Jordan – that we receive Director of Leisure Service Hoytfox’s report.

#294/17 2017 Proposed Education Mill Rates:

Swinburnson – that we acknowledge receipt of the proposed 2017 education mill rates provided by the Ministry of Government Relations.

#295/17 Cornerstone Arts & Culture Centre Change Orders:

Prystai – that we rescind Resolution #183/17 from the March 21, 2017 Council Meeting.

#296/17 Cornerstone Arts & Culture Centre Change Orders:

Karakochuk – that we approve payment of Change Order #5, Change Order #6, and Change Orders #DWR 8751-8754 for the Cornerstone Arts & Culture Centre in the amount of $3,881.91.

Karakochuk – that we write a letter of reference for KC Ventures as per their request.
