Lamb – that we approve the following lottery licence applications:

Boylak – that we authorize placing a notice in the Wynyard Advance advising Wynyard residents of Traffic Bylaw regulations regarding the parking of trailers on Town streets.

Lamb – that we pay Ambrose Woynarski an extra $160 for the brick repair along the sidewalk borders at the Civic Centre.

Lamb – that we refer purchasing a new cooler for the Civic Centre kitchen to the Budget Committee.

Kostyk – that we receive the Ministry of Health’s letter stating that we will be receiving $2,594.00 for funding assistance for mosquito control programs to reduce the transmission of the West Nile Virus.

Lendzyk – that we reject the offer of $1,500.00, received from Hi Way Services, for the purchase of Block T, Plan 75H08124, Ext. 1.

#499/09 Public Tender:
Lendzyk – that we place a public tender for the sale of Block T, Plan 75H08124, Ext. 1, requiring a business plan and stating that the highest tender will not necessarily be accepted.

#500/09 Civic Centre Caretaker Contract:
Kostyk – that we refer Terry Pidkowich’s letter, requesting to renew his Civic Centre Caretaker contract, to the Wage and Salary Committee.

#501/ 09 H1N1 Pandemic:
Armstrong – that we refer the Saskatchewan Environment H1N1 Pandemic letter to the Public Works Committee.

#502/09 Saskatchewan Environment:
Lendzyk – that we instruct Administrator Chorneyko to reply to the Saskatchewan Environment letter which is seeking our input to determine the risks posed by large predators at our landfill.

Kucey – that we refer the Saskatoon Potter Guild letter to the Wynyard Arts Council.

Kucey – that we receive Fred Schulze’s letter detailing the decommissioning of Well #8 and give approval to the decommissioning of Well #8.

Boylak – that we approve the sign corridor application for the Wynyard Hi-Way Service.

Kostyk – that we inform Saskatchewan Environment about reports of improper disposal of poultry carcasses by an area poultry barn complex.

#509/09 Prairie Innovation Enterprise Region (PIER):
Boylak – that we agree to sign the Prairie Innovation Enterprise Region (PIER) letter of commitment to develop an Official Community Plan with the estimated cost of $12,000 being cost-shared between PIER and the Town of Wynyard.

#510/09 Prairie Innovation Enterprise Region Membership:
Boylak – that we apply for a membership in the Prairie Innovation Enterprise Region at a cost of $200.

#511/09 Saskatchewan Water and Wastewater Association:
Boylak – that we allow Jerome Karakochuk, Fred Schulze and Terry Morrow to attend the Saskatchewan Water and Wastewater Association Convention at a cost of $962 plus expenses.

Boylak – that we instruct Wynyard Electric to install two lights at each Town entry sign.

#513/09 Building Canada Fund Agreement:
Boylak – that we authorize Mayor Armstrong and Town Administrator Chorneyko to sign the Building Canada Fund-Community Component Agreement for the Main Street Upgrade project.
