Quill Plains Regional Arts Council is a community based organization under the umbrella of OSAC (Orgaization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils)
It is composed of Wynyard, Wadena, Kelvington and Watson. Each town has a local board which meet individually, as well as monthly meeting with all towns.
Our mandate is to bring performing and visual arts to our communities. Annually we host 1-2 shows in each location, as well as hosting a number of visual arts shows. The performances locally are held in the Wynyard Civic Centre and the visual at the Public Library.
