NOTICE
LAND SALE POLICY

The Council for the Town of Wynyard has set a land sale policy in which specified prices have been set for all Town owned or Town controlled land. The Land Sale Policy was established through Resolution #455/16 which was passed at the regularly scheduled Council meeting held on July 21, 2016.

The purpose of the Land Sale Policy is to have a more consistent method to value land for sales purposes.

All land sales are subject to Council approval.
